Erectile dysfunction medicines seized in Glengormley

Large of unlicensed medications have been seized by Department of Health authorities during a search of a home in Glengormley.
A guy was talked to by department officers about illegally importing and subsequently providing unlicensed impotence medications via the web.
The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medicine offences.
He will now be the topic of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was brought out by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, stated: "It is important that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medicines can be harmful.
"These kinds of products being offered, usually online, have actually gone through no quality assurance and there can be no assurance about their safety.
"You merely do not understand what you are taking or the conditions these products were made in. More importantly, you do not know the result drugs like this may have on your health."
